Keys of groove!

Paul Kallestad: Played in Fargo bands in the 1970s and early 80s (amazingly, none were .com back then). Moved to Southern Cal in '82. Played a plethora of styles and eventually landed the gig as Walter Trout's touring and recording Hammond B3 player. The drawbacks of urban congestion and smog in LA began to outweigh the merits of "endless summer" and the incredible music scene. My brother Jerry had also moved back to Fargo, so the opportunity to gig with my brother compelled me to move back home. The great side benefit... playing with The GrooveTones! The rest, as they say, is (evolving) history.

Equipment: Hammond SK-1 with a Nord Electro 2-73 through 2 inexpensive 12" powered speaker cabs... I still love to play real Hammonds & Leslies, and occasionally bring them out to a gig.
